Through the JA Company Program—Junior Achievement’s flagship entrepreneurship learning experience— students work with business-savvy mentors to launch companies that deliver innovative products and services.
The Company Program, provides an intensive course for high school and university students, emphasizing practical entrepreneurship skills. Noteworthy for the 'Company of the Year' competition, winners advance nationally and regionally to the Youth Entrepreneurship Celebration, judged by business leaders. The program, enriched by Skills Enhancement Sessions and Signature Awards, molds the entrepreneurial mindset of the next generation within JA Worldwide.

Mentoring
Experienced and qualified professionals will provide mentorship and guidance throughout the program.
Class Based Action Learning
Attending multiple sessions of approximately 90 minutes each. Active participation and collaboration is key for beneficial completion of the program. Attendance will be registered in the Minutes of Meeting after every session.

Competition
All teams completing the program will compete once the program is completed. The competition takes place on two levels: National level competition - at a local level: Winners will proceed to the next level Regional level competition - at a MENA region level
